The Book of Revelation is the last book of the Bible and the last book of the New Testament.
It is the only book of prophecy in the New Testament and contains a series of visions of the end-times, beginning with the vision of the Seven Seals and ending with the vision of the "New Heaven and the New Earth".
It's author is named as "John the Divine" and has been traditionally identified as being John the Apostle, but in recent times has been thought to be a later prophet by the same name.
