The Covenant of Redemption (Latin: Pactum Salutis) refers to the intratrinitarian agreement made between God the Father and God the Son in which The Father promises to redeem an Elect people. In His incarnation, Active and Passive Obedience to the Law, God the Son fulfills the covenant.
