Biblical scientific foreknowledge is a belief that certain Bible passages knew about scientific facts before scientific discovery.

Bible verses cited as scientific foreknowledge

Blood circulation

Leviticus 17:11 states, "For the life of the flesh is in the blood", [1] blood circulation was not discovered until 17th century by William Harvey. [2]

Modern science agrees that blood is essence for life because it carries oxygen, food, hormones. [3]

Universe expansion

Isaiah 40:22 says "who stretches out the heavens", [4] Hebrew word "natah" in Isaiah 40:22 means to stretch out or extend. [5] universe expansion was not discovered by secularists until 20th century. [6]

Uncountable stars

Jeremiah 33:22 says number of stars cannot be counted by a human, [7] scientific estimate puts that number of stars are 1022 to 1024 . [8] but it would take human billions of years to count all of them.

Circumcision on the 8th day

Genesis 17:12 commands circumcision to be on the 8th day, [9] Modern science suggests that optimal time to circumcise is the 8th day. [10][11]

Big Bang

Genesis 1:3 mentions "Let there be light", which fits with description of Big Bang, Big Bang was not discovered until 20th century by Georges Lemaître.[12]

Psalm 8:8 mentions "the path of the seas", [13] ocean pathways were not discovered until in 19th century by Matthew Fontaine Maury. [14]
