Joel Webbon is the President and Founder of Right Response Ministries and is the Senior Pastor of Covenant Bible Church in Georgetown, Texas. He is the husband of Megan Webbon[1] and the father of four children: Olive, Ruth, Eleanor, and Franklin.
Webbon was formerly the pastor of a Pacific Church Network church plant in San Diego called The Response Church (which was later renamed San Diego Reformed Church).
